GemZy Lifetime Warranty Policy
At GemZy, we believe jewellery should be worn, enjoyed, and lived in. Every GemZy product is backed by a Lifetime Warranty, ensuring lasting value, trust, and peace of mind.
1. Lifetime Buyback Assurance
All GemZy jewellery is eligible for a lifetime buyback, subject to the terms below.
The buyback value will be calculated as whichever is higher:
- 55% of the actual purchase price, OR
- 90% of the prevailing silver value contained in the jewellery on the date of return
(Silver value is calculated based on the net silver weight of the product and the market silver rate on the return date.)
2. Daily Wear & Tear — Fully Accepted
GemZy jewellery is made for everyday wear.
- Normal wear and tear is fully acceptable under this warranty.
- Minor scratches, surface marks, dullness, or loss of plating due to regular use will not affect eligibility for lifetime buyback.
3. Eligibility Conditions
- The product must be original GemZy jewellery.
- The jewellery should not be intentionally damaged, heavily deformed, or structurally broken.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order history) is required.
- The warranty applies to the silver value of the product.
4. What Is Not Covered
The lifetime warranty does not cover:
- Loss or theft
- Severe physical damage that alters the core structure of the jewellery
- Stones, zircons, pearls, beads, or non-silver components
- Any value related to gold, rhodium, or rosegold plating (as plating naturally fades with use)
5. Return & Evaluation Process
- All warranty requests must be initiated through GemZy customer support.
- Jewellery will undergo inspection and weight verification.
- The final buyback value will be confirmed after evaluation.
6. Settlement Method
- Buyback amounts will be settled via Store Credit, as applicable.
- Processing timelines may vary based on inspection and prevailing silver rates.
7. Important Notes
- GemZy reserves the right to modify or update warranty terms without prior notice.
- Final interpretation of the warranty lies with GemZy.
- This warranty is valid only for purchases made through official GemZy platforms.
