our website gemzy.shop (the “Site”) and the purchase of products offered by GemZy,
a brand owned and operated by GlamBug Mart Private Limited. By accessing or using the Site,
you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Service

  • GemZy offers retail sales of 925 sterling silver jewellery and related products to consumers.
  • All orders placed through the Site are subject to availability, acceptance, and confirmation by us.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of incorrect pricing or stock issues.

2. Eligibility

  • By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

  • All prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.

  • Payments can be made using the available payment methods at checkout, such as cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, or cash-on-delivery where offered.
  • For online payments, you will be redirected to a secure third-party payment gateway to complete the transaction.

6. Orders, Confirmations & Cancellations

  • Your order is an offer to purchase products from us. We may accept or reject your order at our discretion.
  • An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization (for prepaid orders) and order confirmation is sent by email/SMS/WhatsApp.
  • We may cancel an order or a part of an order in cases of pricing error, stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • If your order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.
  • Customer-initiated cancellations may be possible only before dispatch; once shipped, orders are treated under the Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided for guidance and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the order to the address provided by you.
