Thank you for shopping with GemZy. This Shipping Policy explains how we process,
ship, and deliver your orders placed on gemzy.shop. All fulfilment, warehousing,
and order handling is powered by GlamBug Mart Private Limited.
1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across most serviceable pincodes in India.
- Remote locations, military addresses, or areas with limited courier access may have longer delivery timelines.
- If your pincode is non-serviceable, our support team will contact you to discuss alternatives.
2. Order Processing Timelines
- Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 0–1 working days after successful payment confirmation.
- Order processing may take slightly longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unusually high order volumes.
- Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders may be subject to confirmation before dispatch.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, delivery timelines generally are:
- Metro Cities: 2–3 working days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 working days
- Remote / Extended Locations: 6–10 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays,
service disruptions, or operational constraints beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before placing the order.
All orders on GemZy are prepaid. We do not offer Cash-on-Delivery (COD) at this time.
5. Pricing & Payments
- All prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change prices, discounts, or offers at any time without prior notice.
- Payments can be made using available prepaid online methods such as cards, UPI, net banking, or wallets.
- Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is not available at this time. All orders must be prepaid.
- For online payments, you will be redirected to a secure third-party payment gateway to complete the transaction.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Certain couriers may attempt delivery up to 2 or 3 times, depending on service rules.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned.
- Re-delivery or reshipment may require an additional shipping charge.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and pincode entered at checkout are accurate and complete.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays or undelivered shipments.
8. Packaging & Safety
- All orders are packed securely in tamper-proof packaging.
- If the outer packaging appears tampered or damaged, please refuse the delivery and inform our support team immediately.
- In rare cases of in-transit damage, photographic or video proof is required for review.
9. Delayed Shipments
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Courier operational delays
- Weather or natural issues
- Festive or peak-traffic periods
- Regulatory checks or regional restrictions
If your order is significantly delayed, our support team will assist with updates or resolution.
10. International Shipping
International delivery is not currently available. We operate exclusively within India at this time.
Future expansion will be announced on our website and social channels.
11. Ownership & Risk
Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer once the courier confirms delivery at the address
provided during checkout. Claims for theft after successful delivery are outside our operational scope.
12. Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong product or the order is incomplete, please report it within
48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of packaging and product received.
Resolution or replacement will be handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
